Championing Career & Technical Education

Always a self-proclaimed evangelist for Career & Technical Education, Dr. Sam Mabini Young happily spent several hours visiting the GCA Trades Academy with fellow senatorial candidates (9/27/22). She shared, "I am always impressed with their quality CTE instructors, training offerings, as well as the accessibility, flexibility, transparency and quick response to industry training needs. Kudos to Dr. Bert Johnston and his team, and for being active members of the Guam Association for Career & Technical Education !! "
